Cloud Eggs Of Italy

Preparation time – 5 minutes

Cooking time – 20 minutes


  • Eggs – 4, large
  • Parmesan cheese – ¼ cup, shredded
  • Italian seasoning – ¼ Tsp
  • Salt and pepper – to taste
  • Tomatoes – 1 tbsp, finely sliced
  • Basil – 1 tbsp, chopped


  • Preheat the oven at 450-degree centigrade. Take a 9 inches skillet and use a non-cooking spray to grease it.
  • Put the egg whites in 1 bowl whereas keep 4 egg yolks in 4 different bowls. Add the salt, pepper and Italian seasoning in the egg whites and start mixing it. Whisk until you get a soft white peak. 
  • Now pour a spoonful of this egg white on the skillet. You have to make four mounds. Press each mound a little and add shredded cheese on each. Insert the skillet in the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Take the skillet out and pour 1 egg yolk in each mound and bake again for another 5 minutes so that the yolks become set completely.
  • When done, take the skillet out. Garnish with sliced tomatoes and chopped basil and have a sunny start to tour day with this cloudy cheese egg.

Egg Frittata With Spinach, Cheese, And Bacon

A gorgeous omelet to welcome you with a broad smile – what could be a better start of your day than this?

Preparation time – 10 minutes

Cooking time – 20 minutes


  • Eggs – 3, whole
  • Egg white – 6
  • Chopped turkey bacon strips – 2
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Oregano – 1/e tsp
  • Pepper – 1 tbsp, chopped
  • Salt and pepper – to taste
  • Onion – 1, chopped
  • Baby spinach – 1 cup
  • Garlic powder – ¼ tsp
  • Basil – 3 tbsp, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese – ½ cup


  • Start by preheating the broiler.
  • Take a bowl and add the whole eggs and egg whites, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix everything well.
  • Put a skillet over medium flame and the olive oil. As the oil becomes hot, add the chopped onions and pepper along with the chopped bacon, Fry them till the bacon and onions are soft. Now add the spinach leaves and stir for a few minutes before adding the egg mixture in the skillet.
  • As the egg concoction becomes thick, add the chopped basil and cheese and put off the flame.
  • Now broil this egg frittata for around 3 minutes so that it sets completely. When done, wait for 2 minutes and then cut into pieces.
  • If you want, you can use 3 whole eggs instead of 6 egg whites as well. This will make the dish all the healthier.
